combined with our desire for the freedom to add products
on a regular basis, it better suits our mission not
to print catalogs.

Orders placed on our site are encrypted
using the latest technology to protect the security
of your personal information, including your credit
card number. You can be assured that your transactions

E-mail
Ordinary e-mail is not secure in the
same ways as the systems in use through our on-line
store. Therefore, we cannot accept orders sent via e-mail.
For the security of your personal information, please
do not include your credit card information in any e-mail correspondence
you send us.

We accept orders by fax. You may print
your shopping basket page from the internet store and
fax your order with credit card information to (310) 785-6638.

Return
Policy
Within 30-days of purchase you may
exchange or return merchandise for a full refund, less
shipping charges.
Any items returned need to be in their original condition.
Write a short note telling us what
you would like us to do (exchange, refund, credit, etc.)
and be sure to include your invoice number, plus your
day-time telephone number and e-mail address in case
we need to contact you. Put the note with whatever you

Refunds
Due to concern for our customers’ safety we do not store credit card information longer than 48 hours. We issue refund checks immediately upon receipt of returned items that are received in new condition. Original shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Your credit card bill will still reflect a charge from Clothing Your Spirit.
Guidelines
for Returning Ceramics
Ceramic items purchased should be returned
within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit
or exchange. Items must be returned in their original
condition and in the original packaging.
Returns
From Outside the United State Including Canada
Please ship your return or exchange
via surface or airmail. We cannot accept returns shipped
via FedEx or UPS from a non-US address.
It is important to note your country
may levy import customs and duties on any items we ship
to you.
Product
Descriptions
Great care has been taken to describe
and display items accurately. RYS
reserves the right to cancel any order for products no
longer in stock. In such cases no compensation will
be paid.
Clothing Information
Our clothing is made in
the USA, is sweatshop free, and is designed to be machine
washed in cold, turned-inside out, and either dried
flat or machine dried on low.
There is an average 3-5% shrinkage
when machine washed in cold and dried on low. To retain
optimum color and prevent shrinkage, all
garments may be washed by hand.

Traditional T-Shirts
For men and women who desire a traditional
tailored t-shirt fit our fine jersey 100% combined cotton
shirts are soft and smooth.
Thermal Tee Shirts
Made with 55% cotton/45% poly, our
thermal tees are lightweight and offer
a more relaxed fit.
Women’s Baby Rib Tee Shirts
Our 100% cotton baby rib tops have
a high stretch factor to fit a wide range of women who
prefer a more form fitting top.
Women's Jersey Relax Pant
Loose-fitting and lightweight our washed jersey pant is pre-laundered for minimal shrinkage.

Items are
intended for the personal non-commercial use of our
customers. Resale of any product without the express
written consent of RYS, Inc. is strictly prohibited.
Large orders representing what RYS deems to be
commercial quantities will not be accepted.
Requesting
Our Products for Media Purposes
Permission is necessary to use RYS products in print and broadcast media,
as well as film.*
To make a request:
The following information is required:
- Name, address and telephone number
of your publication or media outlet
- Contact name
- Focus of story (i.e., yoga, clothing, etc.)
- List of products requested including
a description of item, size, color and item number
from our web site
- Date needed (please allow a minimum
of ten business days for delivery)
